Our residence, Le Moulin De César in Vaison-la-Romaine, welcomes you for a weekend or more to practice your passion for the Trail. We offer full board accommodation in an all-inclusive formula so that you can practice your passion without worrying about the organisation.
Our trail rides are supervised by qualified professionals who are passionate about trail running and come from the “terroir”. This is the ideal way to get advice and tips. From wide paths to “goat” tracks, you will discover circuits of all levels and all differences in height and you will enjoy the most beautiful landscapes of Provence. Debriefing evenings are also organised to discuss the expectations and needs of everyone and to present the next day! This is also an opportunity to discuss specific topics such as dietetics, training plans, etc. Throughout your stay, a dietary programme adapted to your activities is put in place. Recovery sessions can also be organised at your request (cryotherapy, massages).
