Check availability and automatically take advantage of the “good deals”. Please note that not all our residences are available for online booking. Do not hesitate to contact us if you wish to know the availability of the establishment of your choice on the desired dates.

Arrival and departure
Arrivée : à partir de 16h
Départ : entre 8h et 10h
No refunds will be given for early departure, absence of a person or meals not taken on site.
For short stays, the accommodation can be made available before 12 noon for a departure on the last day at 5 pm (after agreement with our reservation service and the reception of the establishment).
The residences are open until 8pm. After this time, no reception is possible, so it is necessary to inform the residence as soon as possible in case of unforeseen delay.

Sheet hire
Sheets are not provided in the rental package. Travel lighter with our sheet and pillowcase rental service.

Baby kit
Cots, baby chairs are available in most of our residences – subject to stock availability.

Cleaning package
For your convenience, we offer a cleaning package:
45€ TTC / accommodation for 2 to 4 people
55€ TTC / accommodation for 5 people
60€ TTC / accommodation for 6 people
Our pets
Your pets are accepted for a fee in our establishments (except in the Cloître des Dominicains in Buis Les Baronnies). The reception is limited to one animal/family/accommodation subject to the respect of certain rules:
- An up-to-date vaccination certificate must be presented.
- Your pet must be kept on a leash inside the holiday village.
- Access to the communal areas, entertainment rooms and restaurant is forbidden.
Animals considered dangerous (especially category 1 dogs) and/or not considered as pets are not accepted.

You can choose to pay for all or part of your stay with Chèques-Vacances and e-cheques vacances. Please note that for your holiday vouchers to be valid, they must be accompanied by their stubs.
