apt

Vaucluse

Between Haute-Provence and the Rhône Valley, the city of Apt is the headquarters of the Luberon Natural Park.

It is in this exceptional setting that you can stay at Camping "Les Cèdres".

Located in the village of Apt, in the heart of the land of Ochre and candied fruits, Camping "Les Cèdres" welcomes you from March to November, with family, friends or groups!

Your holiday destination

The city offers the traditional image of the small towns of the Provençal hinterland: boulevards lined with plane trees, old towers remnants of old ramparts, cobbled streets and quiet squares.

The Aptesians have been able to demonstrate their creativity by developing the art of earthenware, the ochre industry and the technique of candied fruit.

Only 300 m from the city centre and one of the most beautiful markets in Provence, Camping des Cèdres welcomes you to the heart of a green natural area and ensures a pleasant stay, in a family and friendly atmosphere.

Discover on the spot:

The centre of Apt and its historical heritage: Saint Anne's Cathedral (nave, choir, crypt, relics of Saint Anne), the Episcopal Palace, private mansions (17th and 18th centuries), the Porte de Saignon, Place Jean Jaurès (Place aux Truffes), the Grand Cadran Solaire, the archaeological museum, the various chapels not to mention the jaspered earthenware (at the Industrial Adventure Museum). Apt has been awarded the "remarkable site of taste" label for its candied fruit production, of which the cherry grown in the Calavon Valley, once candied, is the indissociable ingredient of the pudding.
